The brief was for us students to design a kettle for Breville that reflects their design language and was specific to younger Australians, this being a broad category we could define ourselves. The design should acknowledge emerging trends in post covid Australia. At the beginning of the assessment NSW went into its final lockdown which impacted the model making aspect of the project.
